I had pregnancy hydrotherm massage this morning with Alex and it was incredible. I suffer from a lot of tension in my pelvis due to my previous birth so have found my hips have been very sore.
Alex gave a wonderfully strong massage working out a lot of tension and laying on the warm hydrotherm bed was amazing. Would definitely recommend Alex to anyone suffering in pregnancy! Thank you!
