Breathing, Stretching and Gong Bath Workshop - 30th January 2020

On 30th January Sam Cairns and I will be holding a Winter well-being workshop. This will begin with one hour of gentle stretching and flowing movements to allow the body to “let go” and ease tensions before a 20 minute guided meditation followed by a 45 minute gong bath.

The mindful movement and breath work is ideal preparation for the mediation and gong bath but also provides the opportunity to focus the mind, aid digestion and improve posture.

The gong bath itself provides a perfect opportunity to de-stress, refocus and enjoy the restorative power of soundwaves, which will be tailored to the needs of the group.

The setting will be supportive with the aim that everyone feels comfortable to share their personal objectives at the outset and then to provide feedback at the end (helping us to grow both individually and as a group).

Please contact myself or Sam if you would be interested in attending and would like to reserve a place.
