It has been a while since my last newsletter but with Spring here I wanted to be keep you up to date with developments at Alex Olds Holistics!

Firstly if you are not aware I moved to new premises in August 2018 in the centre of Lindfield village conveniently situated next to Coffee Works in Alma Road.

Easter Weekend

We shall be open over the Easter weekend and on bank holiday weekend to meet the treatment needs of yourself and your family - I am away from Saturday 26th as I am going to Ibiza to learn more about Holistic Psychology - more details in due course.

Holistic Facials

I am delighted to announce that Rebekah Walker will be joining me in May offering Holistic Therapies and using her own natural products.

Rebekah’s facials are holistic in their approach. Meaning that she will treat your skin as part of your whole body. So much tension and stress is held in the face, this can be released leaving you feeling and looking wonderful. Rebekah’s holistic facials will include cleanses, exfoliations, masks, radio frequency and light therapy as and when your skin requires it.

Chocolate can be good for your gut….

but only if it’s the dark unsweetened variety! Chances are you may be eating sweetened processed versions with excess sugar and dairy - this can cause fermentation in the gut and contribute to bloating and excess wind.
